I am an all round, practically minded handy man who thrives on doing a great job to delight my customers. I set myself high expectations and always complete work to the standard I would expect myself. I won’t take on things where I lack skills or experience to complete the work (for example, I do not take on electrical, gas or plumbing tasks where certification is required). The best results come from an initial meeting with you to understand your needs and to set a clear expectation of how the work will be done and how long it will take. I have been DBS checked and hold Public Liability Insurance up to £1,000,000.

What you can expect from me:

• A timely response to your initial enquiry or request, normally within 24 hours

• A clear description (verbal or written) of how I will complete the work along with an estimate of the time needed and cost of materials

• A reminder of our appointment 24 hours beforehand

• A punctual arrival – if for some unanticipated reason I will be late or cannot make the appointment, I will let you know as soon as possible and agree a new time

• Right tools for the job - I have a wide range of tools suitable for most gardening and DIY tasks

• And if things don’t go to plan, I will let you know immediately so we can agree a resolution.

 

What I expect from you:

• Clear requirements for what you need doing

• A safe and respectful working environment

• Reasonable access to complete work (for example, furniture moved out of the way, or access to remove garden waste)

• Access to water and electricity if needed

• And a cup of tea is always very welcome!​
